Alisha was born february 14th 1982(sunrise).Alisha died December 6th 1999(sunset).Alisha was on her way home from school with two friends.A kid crossed over double yellow lines to pass the girls. There was a blind spot, another car was approaching. He seen it an tired to get over. He bumped into the girl's car. Knocked them into a tree stump. It sent the girl's car airborne. Alisha was thrown through the back window. The car flipped a couple of times before landing on top of Alisha.Pinning her under the car.She was pleading for help. The firefighters, emts and police arrived. They finally freed Alisha with the jaws of life. They rushed her to the hospital. Alisha died on route, but they were able to bring her back. The waiting room was filled with Alisha's family, her boyfriend and friends.Everyone were praying for her.It was hours before the doctors came into the room. The looks on their faces ,they were so very sorry, she was gone .The sounds in that room .Oh my God………..GONE??????????

Alisha was a very beautiful girl not just on the outside, inside too.Alish was so smart, caring, genuine, kind, loyal, and generous. She was a popular girl, but that didn't go to her head she treated everyone the same. She was in her last year of high school Alish was having a blast.Alish was always ready to do something ,so funloving.Alisha was wanted to go to college .Maybe interior design or graphic arts.We had her senior pictures done they were awsome. She seen them she didn't get to see her year book, which she got best dressed. She'd have like that. When we got her bookbag there was a paper that she wrote to be put in the yr book for her friends  telling them she hope to see them again and wishing them well. There was a page dedicated to Alisha,I've seen them before an felt really sad.Never in my wildest, you don't know until you are in that place..Alish loved her family, her boyfriend, her friends,Sunshine was another love of alish's an she reminded me of it her smile was big an it would light any room up,sparkles was one of her things, which makes me think of her gorgeous big brown eyes they sparkled, the beach, the clean feeling after getting a shower, swimming music(Mariah Carey) especially, animals she had a pet mouse, Budda, and just comming home from school laying in bed watching tv an eating snack she enjoyed. It was around Christmas. We ask her to make a list ,she had about four things down.We said come on Alish think of some more things .Alish was not a selfish girl. She did think of something,a down vest from American Outfitters. Her dad gave her money ,she went shopping.Thirfty came home with a cheaper versionof the vest, an was able to get a whole outfit. She got kahis and a sweater.Alish never got to celebrate Christmas, but she did wear her outfit. She was so happy with it,yep we didn't know what to dress a seventeen year old girl in to be buried.Everybody decide that would be it.HMM…Alish also had pickachu slippers on her Christmas list. That little critter on pokemon. She thought he was so cute.Alisha had those on her feet.Pink was her favorite color, her casket was pink. There were so many were people at the funeral. The police from W.Manchester and York City had to help direct traffic. It was raining as we passed some of the officers had their hats off holding over their hearts.Alisha touched alot of people in her short life.As for me I wasn't her real mom but, she was one of mine. There isn't a day that goes by that i don't think of her or miss her.Life is not fair and it keeps rite on going.Alish I love you.R.I.P. Forever in my heart.<3 Stace

Alisha's mom lobby to get a law passed ALISHA'S JUSTICE. There was also alot of help from family, friends and the community. I'd like to thank everyone again for everything.
